If I could I would give them 0 star. I ordered a phone magnifier for my phone it took 3 weeks to arrive here in UK and when it did it came damaged a broken screen with lots of scratches. They refused me a refund unless if I sent the product back all the way back to china which would cost me way more then what I paid for and they want it in undamaged condition which is impossible as I received it damaged. Stay away from this fake scamming company all the positive reviews are fake.

Look at all the reviews, strange that most of the positive reviews are posted in the US, where they are based, but most do no mention the product. Most negative are posted in the UK where they sell

Ordered some gloves beginning December for Christmas presents , haven’t arrived , when I query it keeps showing new tracking numbers as if order is being sent fresh again , I have asked for refund constantly but getting no joy , will never use company ever again , think my gloves have travelled round most of the world 😡

I ordered some gloves from this site. They have never arrived and I have noticed they are now charging me more than the original cost and postage. I have made several attempts to cancel this order, but they continually say it is being shipped. I think this is a complete scam, as you cannot get to speak to anyone, let alone get an answer. DO NOT BUY from this site.

Avoid this fake scam company at all costs! I placed an order for 3 carved wooden cats as Christmas presents. As with other reviews I then noticed the price had gone up from the price quoted after I had paid. Having read the reviews about this company I then tried to cancel my order. The smallprint on their website seemed to suggest they would cancel orders and refund before shipping. I got sent through to an automated bot telling me to contact customer service to resolve my query but there was no such link to contact them anywhere on their website! Next thing they're emailing me saying my order had shipped. I'm unlikely to see my shipment. I have reported them to Action Fraud.

Ordered an item and they charged me more I tried to cancel emailed three times I haven’t received the item if I do I will refuse it Do not order from this company

I placed an order at the end of October. First of all they have charged me more than the sale price. Secondly I have still not received the item and finally I have contacted them every day for the last 10 days asking for an update and a refund. No response, apart from an auto.ated reply telling me to contact the merchant. Do not purchase from this retailer. Update 19 December. This company is now sending me fake updates saying the item has been delivered. It hasn't been! It's now been 2 months. I have raised a merchant's dispute with my bank. Fingers crossed that works.
