Terrible company, one of the worst
Sold me a PC missing one of the memory riser cards. There were supposed to be two memory riser cards with two matched 1GB memory modules, one on each riser. They sent one memory card with only one 2 GB memory module and at first refused to send another memory riser card. They forced me to pay an extra amount for a matching memory module in order to get them to send the riser, fair enough as the PC was advertised with only 2 GB of memory. Instead of sending one 2GM module to match the one they shipped with the PC as agreed upon, they sent two 1 GB modules and a defective riser.
