Tracy is a skilled hypnotherapist who helped me with anxiety about some health issues I was experiencing. She has a soothing voice and a wonderful way of taking you on a deep, relaxing hypnosis journey. She helped me deeply anchor some positive affirmations that I can use whenever I feel anxious. I would highly recommend Tracy if you are interested in working with a highly qualified and experienced hypnotherapist.

Tracy's gentle guidance was so comforting while moving through a sensitive topic. As I worked with her, I could feel the release of my stress around the issue we were addressing together. I found her guidance and expertise to be extremely beneficial. I highly recommend Tracy to anyone who is seeking a hypnotherapist that can help you heal from past traumas.Thank you so much!
