Shipping is problematic. They do not tell you that items are being shipped from Canada and severe delays are the norm. Customer service response time is about 72 hours and did not address any of the issues. I asked for a refund due to the two weeks sitting at the Canadian boarder. The request was ignored.

my patch arrived later than expected, and therefore after I had moved to a new place. Package subsequently got sent back to Inner Decay (confirmed to have arrived) Multiple tries to contact the seller (via different channels) have been ignored and I’m left without a patch and having paid 30+$. Therefore I do NOT recommend buying from Inner Decay, this is not a serious professional store.

I ordered 2 patches from them. They have multiple grim reaper patches on their store. When I received my order it was the wrong reaper patch. I’ve emailed them 4 times over the last couple of weeks and have gotten no response to resolve the issue. I’d like the correct patch!!

Wouldn't order from them. Sketchy at best. Ordered 50$ worth of items, hasn't arrived or received any tracking update for 15 days. Since shipping hasn't updated I was told to contact them directly, and so I emailed them twice. I haven't heard anything back. Some people on reddit (where I was recommended this store) seemed to have no problems, so if you want to take a gamble, go ahead. Update: It's 2 months now, and nothing. No package or response so I thought I'd update it here.
