Products good. Customer Service abysmal.
I love their Extreme Cream products, but the customer service is nonexistent. If you are considering purchasing from this company, I would deal with Sephora or another reseller. If you email the "help" address, don't hold your breath. You will turn blue and drop dead before anyone ever responds. They need a major overhaul over there.
