Inkle are quite proactive and have built a good mix of systems, processes and people. They keep me informed of all upcoming compliance deadlines, spell out exactly what is needed from me, and ensure things are completed on time. The regular monthly reviews are useful to mop things up too. And I find the costs competitive and meaningful for the value delivered.

Inkle was very helpful, responsive, and candid about tax filing for our business. 10/10 recommend!

Absolute terrible company. I’ve been waiting for 18 months for my books to be caught up. First, they didn’t catch my cash transactions then I gave them full access to my account. They still haven’t caught up the cash transactions and they are importing all my books to QuickBooks wrong. I’m now in tax debt, two years over, and Inkle/Finally has charged me 5k for services they haven’t rendered. I still cannot file my taxes and the debt is piling up.

The team has been extremely proactive and hands-on with every single thing that they wanted to solve for us or that I raised as a question. Amazing response time. They take care of all the deadlines for you. Some people might not like it, but I appreciate that they just immediately call me to clear something up.
