Quality product, high quality artwork/print, material feels good/no sensory issues only complaint concerns production time, despite not being a custom piece, it took 3-4 weeks before it was shipped which was not mentioned prior to ordering or that info was buried in the fine print and I missed it

Love the Quality and company. Most of my frustrations are with the site itself. Would love to have a regular orders tab under our account with all info for that order in one place vs. the chat feature like it is now. Makes is kinda confusion to see the status/tracking for your order and its exact status within the process.

The gaming pad looks great. We ordered some bags to go with the pads, not sure they were worth the $$.

Ordered a custom dual playmat. At first, it looked great but then I noticed small dirt-like stains all over the playmat. I've tried to wash them out with varying methods but have not had any luck getting them out. Support got back to me a week later but issued a full-refund. Apparently the issue was due to the printing process and the solid gray background of the playmat.

The quality of the mousepad was really good, the colors were vibrant and the image in no way was compressed or pixelated. The material felt great and in general I’m very happy with it. The only issue I had during delivery was that they weren't really clear on when it’ll be arriving, I only got a date on when it would arrive a week later when it had been given to UPS. Usually if I’m paying for shipping that says it’ll be delivered in a certain amount of time I would think it would get delivered in that long, but no they meant that once it’s sent out that’s how long it’ll take. Wish they’d give me a date for when it’ll be coming maybe a day after I place the order at the very least, even if it’s a rough estimate.

Matte comes out in amazing quality and is insane. Image was slightly darker then I thought it seemed from the test image almost like a tint film was over it. Very happy with the fact I was informed the day it would come within and informed the minute it came.

I love the playmat, the picture quality is great. I just wish it was a little thicker.
