NEVER RECOMMENDING THEM OR SHOPPING WITH THEM EVER AGAIN! Bad Customer service. I wish I could post the conversation between us and them on here. We tried communicating with them for over a week after ordering mouse pads and they keep giving us poorly designed options. We gave them exactly what we wanted the design to look like and paid extra for there "editing service". After submitting several designs that were exactly what we asked them in the very beginning to not show us, the guy gave us attitude, said good luck with finding someone else and cancelled our order. I saved every email Incase they try to lie saying this review was misleading. Please try me!

Custom matt feels extremely cheap & has massive lines cut through the middle of the image.

Picture was blurry, mat was thin, stitching was uneven and stepped down in area's, and then was loose and fraying apart on first use. I honestly cant make up how horrible this mat is compared to other places i've ordered from. I contacted them, they took my information down and never answered my emails again despite me contacting multiple times.

They have so many rules on what your custom playmatt can have on it that its not worth the trouble to even attempt to get one done by them.

Avoid if in UK. Took 3 weeks for order to arrive and then you’ll have to pay custom duty/import VAT which InkedGaming will not refund. Customer service also very slow in responding.

Going to let you know because they don't tell you this and by the time they tell you its after hours. This site will not do anything 18+ they have a terms of service that makes it seems its either run by puritans or by Karen herself. There customer service is God awful so don't be surprised at 18:00 your time they send you the it violates there terms email. A good alt site for tapestries is qstomize.com. Its a great site and the tapestries are almost half the price then Inked Gaming just save your money and time and go there.
