I placed my order 17 days ago and it still hasn’t been filled there business days I guess are 1 day ever 9 days because that’s many business days it went up after I emailed them again to get progress on my order if you want a mouse pad just buy the qck 3xl or use a different website the only reason I haven't refunded is because I’m in too deep at this point it feels like I’m being scammed.

Both mats had very bad picture quality. I’ve ordered mats in the past with similar resolution and dpi and they came out fine. Not sure what happened here.
