I have been waiting a month for my order, but no update, no email to tell me what is happening... I spent 500$ with them. They told me it would ship in 2 days, never did. I would not recommend.

After placing an order and waiting over a month, I reached out to support for an update. After 2 days of ghosting, I had to issue a chargeback from my credit card. Not sure why they decided not to fullfill my order, but I won't be ordering from them again

I ordered 2 playmats on 25.09.2024. There has been no update on the status of the order, even after numerous emails sent and messages via the Website support. The status is still "Unfullfilled". When using the live chat it tells you to wait but no one ever replies even after waiting for 1 and a half hours. The only reply I ever got from them was via email before buying when asking about how a coupon worked, I guess once they have your money they ignore you. I will probably have to cancel the order but my guess is they will ignore that aswell, so will have to see how and if I'll get my money back.

I've been waiting over two weeks just for my order to fulfill, no contact from Inked gaming at all other than taking my money. I reached out to the chat for support. After waiting an hour and a half, the support closed and no response was ever given. I have emailed with no response and likely have to contact a government agency for help and report to BBB.

I ordered a banisher priest for my custom playmat and they sent a Warhammer 40k and messed up my order very upset

I sent in my art I drew for a custom mousepad and they emailed me same day telling me they couldn't print it cause it goes against their guidelines. Which is fair enough, everyone has their own priorities in doing business. So we both agree to cancel the order and move on, they tell me it will be 2-5 business days to see the refund. I am now going on 10+ business days and my money has not been returned. This was a $600 order and these people are snakes They are not returning my emails as well. Incredibly unprofessional.

The image came blurred. The mat was either missing ink or the black ink blead through the image in random spots. And edges were a little messed up appon receiving it.
