They take your order, allow you to pay for 2-4 day priority shipping and then don’t fulfill the order for weeks. Impossible to get a hold of. No communication whatsoever. I always try to support smaller companies and this is a reminder of why I’m skeptical of doing so. I’d give them zero stars if I could.

Can't get in contact whatsoever. They had shipping and printing delays which would normally be fine, except those were not posted anywhere on their site. You don't see those until AFTER they have already taken your money. I have been trying for five days to contact them about changing the shipping address for the order which is now weeks later than I expected and can't get ahold of any customer service to make sure I will actually receive the product I paid for. I tried to contact them through email, their website directly, and live chat. None of that exists to them apparently.

This company sucks. Avoid at all costs. I ordered a gift that isn’t shipping in a timely manner, and their customer service takes their sweet time replying too. WhenI ordered, nowhere on their site did it mention shipping delays. Very frustrating. Next time I’ll just use Amazon instead of bothering with trying to support a smaller business, because this company doesn’t care about customer satisfaction, only about making a buck.

Its been a month since I ordered a playmat from Inked Gaming, after 2 weeks I received a notification that they started my order, but it has been dead silent for several weeks since then. Customer service is nonexistent, I have tried contacting them multiple times via email and their website messaging only to be completely ignored. It seems like many other people are having this same issue, I recommend avoiding ordering from this company and I will likely be reporting them for fraud if they continue to leave the order unfulfilled.

Ordered a mat on the 19th of November it is now Dec 3rd no mat no delivery updates no response from the company went to the website and used the live chat feature and it said wait time was 15 minutes I waited all day no response sent an email no response I'm not sure what else I need to do to get the package I ordered you sure took my money on the first day. I've never had this happen with a company before and to be quite frank it's unacceptable go buy your mats from ultra pro or dragonshield at least they ship this century

Same as everyone else. Ordered over a month ago, status unfulfilled, with no response from support. Go buy anywhere else.

support never answered, they said it took 3-5 business days for order to be shipped on their website, its been over a month and my order hasn't even been completed. 0 reponse after countless emails asking why my order is taking so long. was told by someone else who order with them that they prioritize bulk orders before single order so it can take up to monthes before they even touch your order. Will never use them again.
