Had some issues with the website not allowing me to add items to my cart, but tried it in a different browser and it worked. Aside from that, very happy with the custom mat I ordered. Colors are as expected. I do wish I could have gotten edge stitching on my square mat, but hopefully it holds up.

I have order 2 mouse pads and a game mat from them and never had an issue and our delay even though I live in Hawaii and even Korea at one point good company all and all good product and good service

Overall I'm extremely happy with my purchase from inked gaming though it did take longer than I expected to arrive (2 months to arrive in the UK with an email to customer service asking for an update). I do however appreciate that it was a custom mat that took time to make and once it arrived it is absolutely perfect

I’ve ordered two custom mats with carrying cases. The first one felt exceptionally well done. The quality was great although it came out darker than the image I provided. It had a nice thickness that felt durable. The second mat I ordered was somewhat more expensive although I chose the same options as the first mat. It wasn’t as heavy or thick feeling, almost seemed cheaper somehow. It doesn’t retain the same curled shape when stored for long periods of time, it’s very floppy and loose. I don’t know if that’s good or bad but we will see in time. The print itself is quite nice just like the first one however.

The playmat I bought is great. I really like the fidelity between what you see on the website and the actual print. My single grip is there's no storage included.

Glitches in the confirmation emails caused some delay in response. But customer support was excellent. Art work on the mat is impeccable but the play areas I paid extra for leave a lot to be desired.

Everything came out great but one stich was not in and I had to fix

Quality Playmat; picture came out better than I would have thought, incredibly vibrant. Only reason I’m not giving 5* is the excess of emails I’ve been receiving after ordering. Easy 10/10 product, would order from this site again.
