I ordered a custom playmat exactly 31 days ago. They said they would take more time than they usually do to fulfill my order (up to 20 business days) which was fine by me. It has obviously been longer than that and I have received no correspondence or information on when or if I will receive my item. Don't buy from them if you expect things like decent communication or even a substandard fulfillment process.

2 Stars because I had previously ordered and the item did *eventually* arrive and quality was decent (8/10). But as others have noted, their fulfillment is terrible. Last time it took about 3 weeks (longer than the advertised maximum of 15 days). This time I ordered early Dec, and its now end of Dec and there has been zero communication from Inked Gaming. I wouldnt be as upset if there was *any* communication about a delay or my order. It feels kind of like they keep zero stock on hand, and then print each one-by-one. Which, if that's your business, fine. But then dont spend a fortune advertising just to get sales that your business cant actually support, its idiotic.

I placed my order on December 3rd. Only after having placed my order, I received an email stating orders are 15 business days behind. There went one of my sons Christmas gifts. A prior to payment warning would have been appreciated. It is now Christmas day. My order still sits unfulfilled with no status update. Very quick to take payment but nothing even as simple as a status update. I did not request to customize the mat myself, my order was one that was already ready for purchase, so I am not sure why it is taking this long to get out. I am giving a 2 star and not a 1 star only because I did eventually receive responses when I had reached out. I feel due to ruining many holidays without prior warning, a percentage refund adjustment or a shipping upgrade should be offered to every customer that was deceived by this company. I could have and would have ordered from elsewhere if I had known in advance before placing my order, that it would not arrive. But Inked Gaming took that option away from me. Finally, I notice that on review websites, the only reviews that are answered are the positive ones. This is a bit of a red flag to me. -As 15 business days had already passed, I will give my order until New Years to see a change in the status.

The mousepad arrived on time and the side stitching is excellent. The print had random splotches that the image I sent in didn't have and the color has already begun to fade after only nine months of use. My prior mouspad lasted over three years before starting to fade. I would not recommend this product for someone who uses the computer heavily throughout the day.

The printing of the art was not centered even though I took the time to follow he size guidlines and paid a lot of money for this. Its very annoying to look at off centered. Its pretty great being able to get a custom mat in good quality with no watermark or anything though. The off center printing just muddies it all.

After waiting 2 months to receive the playmat(issue with usps, not inked gaming). I received the wrong playmat. Purchased the Appalachian newsletter with mothman and received the one with Bigfoot instead. It is a nice playmat, but bought the Appalachian mothman one to go with a new deck so it would have been nice to get correct one

Order was lost in production, causing it to take 1.5 months to print and ship. Customer support didn’t get their first response email right, but on the plus side they gave priority printing and a shipping upgrade in their second response email after 1.5 months of waiting.

Mat is good quality and the resolution of the picture is good. The lack of a preview for zone options should of been my first clue to not order. This is my first MTG mat and I wanted the land and creature zones in addition to the graveyard, deck, and commander, zone. Instead there is just life counters on one side and three empty card spots on the other which are also not labeled. All other mats I have seen with zones have everything labeled so I just assumed this would look like that since there was no preview shown.
