Ordered 3 mats on November. Not even stitched, because they're out material somehow, failed to inform of delays so my planned gifts have yet to arrive. This isn't the first holiday season I've ordered from them and they used to be a lot more reliable and efficient. Not sure what's going on. It's about to be two months and it is still unfulfilled.

Ordered 3 mats and never received them. Avoid at all costs.

Ordered a custom mat on 12/03/24, 37 days later the item has not shipped yet. They failed to notify that there would be delays on orders until AFTER you place an order which is extremely poor customer service. Even then, the company's message said it would take 15 days to ship which obviously was inaccurate. I reached out to customer service a few weeks ago and only received a response 4 days ago which still didn't give me a delivery date.

Terrible company doesn't deliver what they promised

I ordered November 18th, 2024. I got one notification stating that my order was being worked on November 24th. A couple more weeks past (at this point it’s a week or two before Christmas) and I reach out to them asking when I could expect my order. A couple days past from when I sent them email and it has now been a month and they said due to “a high demand” instead of their usual 3-5 business days it would be 15-20 business days. I finally decided to cancel the order last week, since i received no information, or communication from them. Today, I finally got an email back stating they would cancel my order and refund me. Do not order or waste your time purchasing a product from inked gaming. Chances of it actually coming through are low, and what’s even poorer is the communication.

2 months to print the shipping label. No product to be seen. Customer service had a panicked apology about the delay and no commitment or update on where my order is.

I ordered on Nov 27th and got the email about delayed shipping about 15-20 days. It’s Dec 30 when I write this review, reached out via email, no response. This was a Christmas present. Go to social media and dozens of people are having the same issues of no product and no response from Support. Also they’ve been deleting negative comments on social media. Terrible experience so far.

It's been over 30 days and haven't received the item yet. Ordered it a month before Christmas and still wasn't early enough apparently. Wasn't told it could take 15-20 days just to ship until I contacted their support. Won't be ordering from them again.
