I placed an order in November before Thanksgiving to hopefully recieve order by Christmas. Christmas came and went and so did January. With multiple emails requesting an update or any kind or correspondence, i finally recieve we are experiencing delays. Your order will be shipped as soon as possible. After a few exchanged emails and constant failed assurances and multiple requests for a refund With many going unanswered. I told them I would wait if they would change the shipping address because I was moving. Which they refused to acknowledge. I finally get a reply to a refund stating that I would need the address changed or a refund but the card and account I used were no longer available. The continue to issue a refund so they say to an absolutely closed account. This company is a scam. I reported them to the BBB and consumer protection.

I’ve been waiting for over a month now , and still hasn’t even been shipped ! Do not waste your time buy from somewhere else ! Poor communication.

Absolute garbage company with zero customer service, no way to call them and only way to get in contact is through email. I had to drop a complaint with the better business bureau. I ordered two of their products last year in November! Still haven’t received them or got an update or a response from numerous emails I have sent, but they sure had no problems taking my money. No one should buy from them so they go out of business.

I’d give 0 stars if I could. TERRIBLE customer service. Ordered a gift and it never shipped, could never get up with anyone through email or on the website. Eventually had to dispute it through my card company. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!!

They took my money, never shipped product, and then blocked my email and IG account when I tried to get through to customer service

I ordered an xxl mousepad in the beginning of December and it is now January 11th. I'm guessing they are having to deal with too many orders then they can handle. I'm patient so I will give 3-4 more weeks to see if it arrives. Clearly customer service is awful. I do still think I will receive the item will just take longer than expected. If I don't receive it then I will just refund and look somewhere else. I know that in the past years they have been alright when it comes to service and fulfillment. I suggest not ordering right now because it could take a long time. I will try to update if it arrives in the near future.

Purchased 3 playmats in November 2024. 3 weeks later, still no update, so I reached out to the Support team alias. Eventually got a response from a "customer support rep" "named" "Alex," and only ever got vague assurances that they were working on orders in general, without ever giving me an expected timeframe or ETA on my order. After a few weeks of this back-and-forth, I noticed in gmail that the Inked Gaming Support team emails originate from gorgias.io, which a quick Google search reveals to be a chatbot-based "customer service" website; it's also the service that runs the support chat on their website. So I'm pretty sure that at no point did I speak with a real human regarding this order that I paid for. The bot basically gives out vague statements of hope to keep you on the hook, but it never gives you any specific idea of how long the orders can expect to take (examples from my email thread with them: "We are working diligently to process and ship these orders as quickly as possible," "We are in high-gear working to catch up on orders," "The good news is that we are on track and getting orders shipped out asap," etc). In addition to this poor excuse for customer service, there is absolutely no indication anywhere on their website or along the product order flow to let you know that there are currently months-long production delays. But you can still place and pay for orders! Inked will happily continue collecting money from customers, but will fall oddly silent once those customers start wondering where their purchases are. This is unbelievably sketchy behavior from anybody, much less a business. I'm charging back and will never be using this terrible company again. I encourage others to do the same.

I ordered 10 MATS for Christmas gifts to friends/customers etc.... after a multi year relationship with Inked Gaming, I am done. How in the world can 10 mats take 30 BUSINESS DAYS? Their responses since from their CEO and their fulfillment manager tell me very little, with no updates to my specific order and just generalized HOPES. I really cannot think of another business (that wasn't on the verge of bankruptcy) that could have such poor service..... Update: it's now 1/24/25 and we still have not received our mats.... They finally responded with AI (of course) and offered to cancel the order, and followed it up with a $30 credit towards our next order..... We did not cancel, just asked for a timeframe.... They could not provide a timeframe for delivery.... It's incredibly confusing that a company would still accept NEW orders despite not fulfilling orders dating back to November/December. THIS IS BY FAR THE WORST COMPANY IVE EVER DEALT WITH.
