Zero stars. Do not waste your money here. Order placed 2 months ago at the start of December 2024 and no updates. There was a message from the CEO explaining orders would be delayed but two months and counting with no progress is unacceptable. Did they really not account for an increase in orders around the holidays? Also customer support is non-existent. No option to call, and a chatbot that never responds.

I ordered in November of 2024 and didn’t receive my order until Feb 2025 after I had asked to cancel it. Spotty communication at best. I would not recommend this company.

I ordered three play mats on December 13th, about a week later they said due to high holiday order volume it would be delayed up to 15 days. Well now it's January 30th, only one communication from the company itself saying they are getting orders out the door as of January 13th. Order status is still unfulfilled and i continue to only get a shitty AI bot to "resolve" my problems with not even an option to cancel the order. This company may have made a good product but their absolute lack of professionalism and inability to put a package in the mail is absolutely atrocious. Save your wallet from this scam site and yourself the headache of ever wondering if you'll get what you paid for?

I agree with all of these 1 star reviews. They are horrible communicators. Their bots just keep you running in circles. The "Delivery Garuantee" I'm told is basically you'll get it...someday. You do what you're told to cancel for a refund, but then even the bots stop talking to you. Not acredited by BBB. Do not waste your money with these people. They are not worth it, and you'll get screwed.

If there was a negative for ratings they'd get it. Don't order from them unless you want to wait MONTHS for your order and receive zero information from the company. Terrible customer service. Nothing but copy paste responses when you contact them. I'm still waiting on an order from the 9th of Dec. One week delivery my ass.

I ordered a custom mat as a Christmas Present. Order was placed on December 15, with a 5-7 business day shipping policy. I have been in chats several times, for hours when wait time was only 10 minutes. I only got AI robot responses. I have emailed customer support 6 times and usually wait over a week for a response and it is the same scripted bs response. Still waiting for item. Still waiting for response to 1/12/25 email. Sent another email today.
