At first I had a good experience with them, I like their product, 100% cotton, very soft, comfortable, badass designs. Note though that your clothes going to shrink after wash so be mindful and size up. Costumer service used to reply within 48 hours and my stuff got shipped within a week. Now I have stuff I ordered 3 weeks ago, still not shipped, and for a week I don't get an answer about my follow up. I wait one more week and if still nothing I call my bank to refund me and block them. I think this was the last time I ever ordered from them.

Ordered a T-shirt for the first time. Have been wanting to order just couldn’t justify spending that kind of money on shirt. Well I decided to get one. Fit great print was beautiful. Wore it once washed it can’t wear it again, washed in cold dried on warm shirt shrunk so much it’s like kids large now extremely unsatisfied first time and last time customer.

Customer service was great! Fulfillment time was good and I would definitely shop again!

I had a fantastic experience with InkAddict! I ordered three shirts and they were upfront that one of them was delayed. I reached out to ask if I could switch to a different color so my order wouldn’t be held up. Instead of just swapping the color, they went above and beyond. They sent me the original shirt I ordered once it became available, the black version I requested and even included a black hoodie at no extra charge. Their customer service was incredibly friendly and responsive, and the quality of the clothing is awesome. Everything fits great and I couldn’t be happier with my purchase. I’ll definitely keep ordering from InkAddict! Matter of fact, I placed another order 😆

Took forever ....over a month to get 2 tshirts....horrible quality ....and over 100 dollars after I got dinged 30 dollars for duty and had to pay on delivery.....so be prepared to pay 115.00 for 2 crappy tshirts.....NEVER AGAIN

Horrible customer service !! all I have been waiting since the beginning of March after I placed my order and all I get told is get ahold of the carrier and they are not responsible for contacting them . The carrier never answers the phones and tracking NEVER updates ..I will never but anything from them again !! What a joke of a company !!!!
