I would like to take the opportunity to recognize Melissa. I had an issue with my order where one of the items came as a duplicate item, not sure if I ordered it by mistake. Melissa took the time to explain the process and immediately provided a credit without any fuss. I was pleasantly surprised by how smooth the call and the process went. This is how customer service should be, and she has definitely earned the 5 stars in the process.

I have been using Injured Gadgets with several different repair companies over the years since 2017, and they have always been terrible with communication, I have had rude interactions at times and they have a terrible return and warranty policy. For example, they won't warranty anything after 60 days of purchase, when almost all other suppliers give a lifetime or 90 day warranty. I will purchase screens to keep in stock in preparation for a customer to come in needing it. It may sit for more than 60 days before I even open the part, and if it goes out same day or weeks from the repair, both myself and my customer are out of luck. I will no longer be doing ANY business with Injured Gadgets as they have the WORST customer service and policies I have seen in any part supplier.

Purchased a battery for my phone. Received the battery and after using it for a while decided it was defective since the phone started randomly dying. Submitted an RMA for a replacement. No response. Sent a message about the RMA. No response. Now over a month later, still no response to my ticket.

Firstly the communication is awesome which is the most important factor in such websites and businesses. Secondly they are really keen on helping you with your business and lastly they have great product prices and great quality. I definitely recommend them and I would buy again for them! Also for the records, my experience was with Tayvon Leslie and I want to thank him a lot for his services.
