What made my experience great was the quick increase in the volume of patients. The frequent calls every two weeks with Jake have been very helpful. My input into the tweeking of the ads was accepted without delay. I wholeheartedly recommend your services. I'm in the process of buying another skin tightening device and can't wait to start another campaign.

I’ve been extremely happy with the partnership so far. The biggest advantage has been the constant support. We have consistent check-ins, ad reviews, and real guidance on what to tweak to keep improving results. Over the past several months, not only has my client base grown, but the quality of clients coming in has noticeably increased as well. If you’re looking to scale your med spa with a team that actually stays involved and helps you optimize every step of the way, I highly recommend working with them.

Virgo Marketing has been a fantastic partner for our business. Since working with them, we’ve seen a steady increase in new client inquiries and interest in our medical and wellness services. Jake has been especially great! Very professional, supportive and always focused on helping us reach our goals. If you’re looking for a marketing team that truly cares about your growth and delivers real results, I highly recommend Virgo Marketing. They’ve definitely helped take our business to the next level.

The are a great team to work with. They truly focus on what your business needs. The not only come up with creatives for your marketing but will send you creatives to copy and then upload those so that it actually shows your team and space. The settlers have been killing it in booking appointments for us, and the weekly meetings to format our marketing plan has been a huge help. Shout out to JC, Nina, Jake, and Kevin for helping us out so much.

Injectableboost is amazing! They are professional, responsive, and have delivered REAL results! I highly recommend Injectableboost to add clients to your schedule!

Over the course of a month, I found several issues that were disappointing and concerning. The main goal was to generate leads through their campaigns, but I received only three leads, with one later canceling. Additionally, I noticed that my approved ad spend of $50 per day per account was exceeded, as they ran multiple ads per campaign, resulting in daily spends between $25 and $75, which totaled over $2,000 before I discontinued their services. I also experienced issues with lead management. They placed me in their GoHighLevel system, but I was unable to export or download the contact information for the leads I paid for, which limited my ability to follow up effectively. Communication was another area of concern, as follow-ups to leads were often poorly written and unprofessional. I also found their ad graphics to be recycled and generic across multiple accounts. Despite these issues, they still charged a fee of $6,000 for a three-month service. Furthermore, I encountered problems with their account manager, JC, who became unresponsive after an initial Zoom call and did not follow up as scheduled. Overall, my experience was not as expected, and I believe it's important to be cautious if considering their services. I recommend thoroughly researching and clarifying expectations before engaging with them.
