They promised me lots of things, including a buyer that wanted 8,000 copies of my book. At nearly $160K, I was sure going to try and do that. I had to come up with $24K FIRST to get the book edited and printed. The editing was like first graders were doing it! The copy they printed was full of mistakes and grammar errors and after trying for a year to get that deal done, even after I agreed to take 15% down and payments, it never happened! "Harry" was slick to be sure and the company agreed he was a "bad one" but never offered to make any restitution to me! I guess you have to pray that the person who offers to help you might be the real deal! Terrible experience and ruined my credit rating to boot! I finally did get it published by another publisher and I am thrilled with the results!

scammy and crafty: at first they seemed very nice and then I realized they were edging me towards getting a website instead of focusing on publishing my book. all they want is more money. although they say "its all about the writer we dont care about the money." they are lying. they dont actually care, they dont actually put in the work, they AI all their stuff and manipulate you to stop stepping back to think, they want you to just spend spend spend. dont give in to their crafty traps. earlier they asked for a review so I gave them a nice happy review, but now that ive woken up from their craftiness and taken a step back to think I can see all their webs, and I know that they only want my money.

I was contacted by this company and convinced that they would edit and publish my manuscript. However, after I submitted my initial payment the agents that claimed to be from this company disappeared and I discovered that they were communicating with me from a bogus email account. I was scammed out of my money and when I went to their website the chat representative claimed that the agent that I was corresponding with was on a medical leave. I am highly disappointed that money was stolen from me especially when the website looked legitimate and the reviews from trust pilot made this company looked reputable. Due to my unfortunate experience, I would not recommend this publishing company to anyone. IT MIGHT BE A SCAM!

Total Scam. Stole $10,000 from me. Promised to refund with numerous texts and emails then just went dark. Harry, whoever he is, will say anything to stall. Worst people I have ever dealt with. Do not give them your credit card as they will charge it WITHOUT your permission!

I hired in-house book writers to assist in publishing and advertising my book. I previously wrote and published 2 books on Amazon Kindle so have some experience. From the very beginning they tried to sell me very expensive packages for editing, publishing & advertising. I declined and told them exactly what I wanted. During a six month period, I sent them chapters as I wrote them. They were supposed to provide editing ideas and , which they did to some extend. When I finishjed writing the book, they were supposed to do a final edit and send me the manuscript for my last review prior to printing. What they sent was an absolute mess and not ready to publish. Inhouse does not live up to their commitments. They owe me money and refuse to pay me until I send them more money. How can you trust a company that does not live up to it original commitments?
