My order arrived on time and very well packaged. Each item came as advertised and I am quite impressed with the quality. I will be ordering from you again as well as sharing my pleasant experience with family and friends.

she's gorgeous! I've purchased the same style of bong from a couple different sites and this one has been the best value so far. great quality, lived up to all my expectations. quick shipping. plus, the free mini torch lighter is so cute! will definitely buy again if/when this one breaks lol

Great communication between company & customer... really fast shipping in my case, & I'm very happy with the price point on the Lookah Seahorse King. I was bummed the bubbler attachment was out of stock with y'all, so I did an experiment & ordered it straight from Lookah USA the same day I ordered the Seahorse from y'all. You guys beat Lookah by 8 days lol. 👍 ☆☆☆☆☆

And the piece i received a water filter is leaking water constantly, emailed about that as well with no response.
