Should have NO stars. Ordered horseshoe cross with heart. GARBAGE. They will not refund or return! It’s says iron material it is PLASTIC. Can in small box no directions. Don’t order anything from this website. You’ll see on Amazon under different companies. Same picture. Total CRAP

Well, I too fell for the cute iron horseshoe cross. Received after a month in a very small box. My husband has been attempting to put together for over an hour. Again, no instructions. Hate it because the picture is adorable. Oh well. Hopefully others will do some research before purchase and see these lovely reviews.8

I too, like so many others, was excited to receive my iron handmade horse shoe cross and all I got was a cheap plastic kit. I got the same "apology" that others got and was told that my order was correct. Clearly not what I ordered. Has anyone had any luck disputing the charges with their credit card company?

Every review I have read on this page is spot on. They refuse to refund your money even though it is clearly false advertising. There are not enough screws or whatever to assemble the product. I received pictures and a video of how to assemble. But I kept asking how to keep it together, there is nothing provided to keep it together. The problem is getting the reviews where people can see them before they buy from this company! It took me 10 minutes to find this page.

If I could give a negative star rating I would. Wish I had looked into this before I ordered from them. Complete junk!!

First of all...claimed to be a crafted high quality horse shoe cross. Supposedly shipping by donkey from a 3rd world country. Just received it and it was from Coram, NY. And it's not even assembled! Junk !!! Took forever to arrive!!! Pure crap!!!
