We’re glad to hear that our customer service and shipping were satisfactory. We do want to clarify a few things. We have not received any prior communication from you regarding concerns with your order, so unfortunately, we were never given the opportunity to address your experience or help troubleshoot any potential issues. Product experiences can vary significantly based on several factors, and a comparison to a prescription medication like Mounjaro alone does not establish an issue with product quality. Additionally, your bulk order was placed less than three months ago, so we would appreciate the opportunity to better understand how you arrived at your assessment, as it takes longer than 3 months to use 10 vials and have a true assessment. Additionally, it is dependent on dose, diet, exercise, etc. We take product quality and customer satisfaction seriously and have thousands of satisfied customers who continue to trust our products. While we understand your frustration, we encourage customers to contact us directly when concerns arise rather than assume a product is ineffective without further evaluation. We would be happy to review your order, discuss your concerns, and provide any available product documentation. Please reach out to our support team so we can look into this further.

We're sorry to hear you're disappointed, but we'd like to provide some additional context. This was actually your second order with us, and your first order was successfully delivered without issue. For this shipment, USPS marked the package as delivered to the address provided. Unfortunately, once a carrier marks a package as delivered, we do not have access to its location or the GPS scan data. This is why we asked you to contact your local USPS office—they are the only ones who can verify the exact delivery location, investigate a potential mis-delivery, or provide the GPS coordinates associated with the delivery scan. This is the standard process for any retailer when a package has been marked as delivered by the carrier. You had the package delivered to your work address and USPS marked the package as delivered with a co-worker. Regarding the billing descriptor, many businesses use a parent company or alternate processing descriptor on credit card statements. This is normal and does not affect the legitimacy of your purchase. We understand missing packages are frustrating, but this situation is not the result of Infusion failing to ship your order. We're still happy to assist in any way we can while USPS investigates.

Brandon, We take all customer feedback seriously, which is why we investigated this review. We were unable to locate any order matching the information provided, nor have we received any direct communication regarding an allergic reaction or product concern. Had a customer contacted us with a potential adverse reaction, we would have treated the matter with the utmost seriousness and worked directly with them to investigate the issue. Additionally, the statement that we do not provide COAs is simply incorrect. Certificates of Analysis are available for our products and can be accessed directly through our website. We strongly encourage customers to review this documentation for themselves. We are always willing to assist legitimate customers and address any concerns. If the reviewer believes this review was posted in error or can provide an order number, we invite them to contact our support team so we can properly investigate the matter.
