Customer Service is non-existent, refund request ignored
I've bought programs from InfoStack for many years and have found benefit from them. It's been awhile, but a program came up that looked interesting so I bought it. After reviewing it, the main program I was interested in was just a rehash of knowledge I already knew. I wasn't necessarily dissatisfied, it just wasn't for me. So, I contacted support the next day and asked for a refund, explaining my years-long customer status and that this program just wasn't what I was looking for. I never heard a thing. I'm going on three emails in just a few weeks. Nothing. I've never been more disappointed. It's bad business not to be responsive to customers, let alone refuse to engage with a reasonable (and guaranteed) refund request. You lost a long-time customer, if it matters. UPDATE: I finally got a response to my 1/28/26 email on 2/19/26. Three weeks later. I did get my refund. Still not doing business with them again.
