I joined 5-6 years ago with a lifetime payment. Recently i cannot gain access and I've emailed support and received no response. Now when I log in, some of the information about my account that used to be there is missing. Disappointing - I have paid for a lifetime and expect continuance. I don't want to have to pay another site.

I spent hours on a slide using one of the timeline templates. When I saved the presentation, along with templates from infograpica, it disappeared when I opened the file again. Hours of work down the drain :(

Deluso dal sistema. Purtroppo non posso chiedere il reso poiché ho scaricato 1 prodotto per testarlo e quindi non posso avvalermi della politica dei resi (ma non potevo nemmeno provare prima dell'acquisto). Uso Google Slides per le presentazioni e la compatibile non è eccelsa, poiché si scarica un file .pptx che va caricato in Google Slides. I file sono di enormi dimensioni e molto "pesanti" da gestire, con rallentamenti nel ridimensionare le infografiche. Altri siti (che permettono anche di scaricare presentazioni gratuitamente) fanno meglio con compatibilità al 100% con Google Slides

Per quanto riguarda le diapositive di Google, puoi ridimensionare i modelli prima di caricarli nelle diapositive di Google o puoi anche ridimensionarli direttamente in google. Resonable pricing but largely unusable. Most of the content is basically the same, and very little of the content helps you tell a good business storyline like you see the good consultancy houses do. The content is very inflexible if you are not using exact same number of bullets / subjects on the slides. Then it becomes more important to adjust the content of you presentation to fit the slideware format more than focus on slides that fit your message. Most of the content is based on high colored graphic elements that you would never use in an internal presentation (who will actually use a fish for a fishbone presentation and have pencils on every education slide?). I cannot recommend buying this unless you are 99 % unskilled at presentations, because you can easily find and create your own presentation based on freeware on the internet. I would so much urge for the guys at infograpify to look towards actual business presentations and then create some less flashy and more generic slides to present e.g. SCIPAB / SCR tools with some focus to highlight important elements. Most presentations fall into 4 categories where i would expect 90 % in business use is for information or decision-making. No slides support strategic decision-making or planning. Sorry, cannot recommend and would have wished I never bought this package. Guess the "all time free access" is a good business model - expect not to come back to download more content. Would have payed even more for a more usable, professional and less flashy set of slidedeck.

We apologize for any inconvenience, sometimes it happens when 1) The customer creates an account with a different email than the one used at checkout (we have a note in the sign up form, for reference) 2) Once the customer creates an account sometimes he/she forgets to activate the email. Once you use the same email and you confirm your account you should be ready to go. Pretty poor. Ordered it thinking it would be helpful, some of the stuff you cannot open and what I have opened is just data on power point that isn't really customisable. Wouldn't bother.
