These guys are dishonest people. They do impulse sales and don't offer refunds. Everybody offers refunds. They are very heavy on marketing and very low on customer satisfaction. They have no interest in the customers at all. For alternative look at something like slidecow. They offer returns! I was mistaken by the high rating of trustpilot reviews. I am posting with a photo of mine here just to show what kind of people they are.

I couldn’t find a free trial on the webpage and so I purchased a membership hoping it would be a suitable platform to use to create info graphics online. Not the case. I have been declined a refund even though this product doesn’t suit my needs. Apparently the business gives no refunds at all. Apparently you can get a free trial but this is not advertised on the site... overall disappointing product and disappointing customer service.

I ordered and paid for my Infograpia product on January 16th, my credit card was billed on the 17th Jan. Requests to Infograpia support chasing non-delivery of my product were ignored. Except on one occasion where an Infograpia Support employee, responded with a screenshot of my order asking me to confirm if it was indeed my order. I replied yes, that it was. And then..... Nada, nix, niente. I heard nothing again from Infograpia. Polite follow-up support mails (via the Infograpia webpage produced...? You guessed it, nada, nix..... Dreadful service. Seems the company just want to take my money and run and don't even have the ciurtesy to reply to legitimate requests for information. And selfish though I realize it might seem, the product I actually paid for!!! SHAME ON YOU INFOGRAPIA.

I think these are planted reviews. Trust me, it’s a terrible platform ( I don’t think it really is even that, but rather a consumer fraud ). Don’t do it. I’m will keep it simple. There are others that are far more advanced. Good luck.

Poor graphics, and even WORSE customer support.

This doesn’t work as advertised and is isn’t compatible with Google Slides. Customer support are refusing to refund despite failing to deliver what was advertised, I’ve now had to turn to PayPal to dispute the transaction. An unfortunate case of false advertising and poor customer service. Woeful all round and the full pack of slides are nowhere near as attractive as the select few slides that are advertised. Avoid at all costs.
