Unfortunately I can't get a response back from the support team. After paying for an upgrade, the changes are not reflected in my account and I can't get the activation code or a response from the customer service team.

No refund on faulty slides
I purchased a package for my presentations at work. The slides are not compatible with any standard application. Once I add them to ppt the graphics disappear when reopening the slides. I contacted Infograpia about the issue. Useless long email chains without offering a solution. Refund is not an option. Scam. I ended up saving each slide into pdf format to be able to give my presentation. Money lost. Shame on you

Somehow I ended up buying multiple licenses of the same thing. They would not refund my money. It is a complete scam. Never trust these guys

Asks for ongoing payment for downloads
Although I have a subscription, each time I log in a nd try to download a template such as "income & expense tracker" the site asks for payment.

We can confirm that you have purchased our Full access and can login and download from our "All Templates" section. You will also continue to receive your free updates via email for you to access. We have done our best to provide you with free updates each week since you purchased.
We have launched a brand new product that is not part of our Full Access product. These Excel Templates are an Add On which we invested more than 3,200 hours creating. This is the reason you’re unable to access this separate product.
I hope this helps clarify the difference. We do find it really unfair receiving this 1 star review when you have received the product that you purchased as well as free updates.

This company and refund policy is a joke. Buyer beware there are no refunds. There was some kind of system glitch and they charged me for two licenses. DO NOT BUY THIS!! Go spend your money on Canva!!

Não caia no Marketing!
Os templates disponibilizados são extremamente simples e de baixa qualidade! Existem diversos sites que ja disponibilizam de forma gratuita templates melhores/ similares. Valeria se custasse 5 dólares!
Além disso, no momento que fui fazer a compra, tive que dar refresh duas vezes pois não estavam aceitando um cartão meu. Quando troquei de cartão e foi aceito, foram comprados 3 pacotes no meu nome e meu email. Obviamente não tenho nenhum uso para 3 pastas idênticas com os mesmos templates. Fui pedir ajuda para o Customer support, e falaram para eu compartilhar com outras pessoas, pois não iam realizar o refund! Sempre bom lidar com um serviço que tem o interesse do cliente como prioridade!

Did I lose my money?
I bought a sale package for $49 for the slides on 30th Nov. I got a confirmation message saying 'a link will be sent my email to download the slides.'Nothing.
I registered, and when I log on, I get a message that says 'you haven't bought a package'.
have been so frustrated.
The money has been deducted from my bank account.

Inflexible customer care
I accidentally purchased the team bundle instead of the individual bundle. So I asked if I could swap to the individual and have the difference refunded.
They simply said I could share with four people instead.
Awful customer service. It wouldn’t take a second for them to refund the difference. I have no team so have no other people to share the slides with anyway!
If I knew their customer service was this bad I would never have considers them in the first place! I suggest you shop elsewhere as it’s a very disappointing experience.
