These are scammers I ordered a set of 4 retractable ratchet straps off Facebook for around £17 took weeks to arrive surprise surprise from China I recieved just 1 normal ratchet straps not retractable 😡

SCAMMER Ordered three packs of four ratchet straps after an ad on Facebook. Paid over £54 for them as a 'Christmas deal' Eventually received three seperate straps of extreamly poor quality. Sent screenshot of my order showning picture of what I ordered and they offered me a $10 refund stating they had delivered what I ordered. I paid via paypal and I am escalating through them. AVOID these scammers.

Scammed with the retractable ratchet straps as others have been will never shop here again they sent a cheap single tie down straps when contacted they say it's the correct item.

I ordered orange ratchet straps. I received one plain black strap. What a Ripoff!

Exactly the same messages as others have already posted, no retractable straps just one standard strap, photo sent of product awaiting response, not looking good?

Da evitare, fanno pubblicità ingannevoli il prodotto che arriva non corrisponde a quello pubblicizzato. Una truffa

Scammed by the 4 auto ratchet straps scenario as described by others below, single cheap inferior item received which I'm then told to be correct. Seller then went "on holiday". Fingers crossed my credit card accepts the chargeback. Save yourself hassle and avoid this seller at all costs!!!
