I ordered a cover for my dinghy and heard nothing after. Waited the 45 days they claimed it might take and then 21 more, because I was busy. Finally reached out, in multiple ways, for order status and received no reply. Finally, I did a charged back on my credit card and will wait for that.

I ordered a pressure gauge. They sent me the wrong one. I sent an email requesting the right one. They didn't respond. I called and left a message. I got a return call ostensibly from them. Instead, the person scammed me into venmo-ing them the amount I'd already paid under the pretense that what they were talking me through doing would result in a refund. Either the company scammed me or they got hacked and someone else did. The fact that they never got back to me about replacing the gauge makes me think that even if they aren't a complete scam they are at least sleazy.

They don't answer the phone and have not responded to multiple email inquiries about the status of my paid order. I placed an order 5 days ago and have not received my order or a shipping confirmation that it's been sent (after paying extra for Priority Mail shipping).
