Delays and non delivery
They claim to send the item, provide a non valid tracking number and when you tell them about the problem they say they are sorry and looking into it and don't get back to you. Confirmed it was ordered from Australian warehouse and told me the warehouse was out of stock so shipping from China the cheaper option, 3 weeks and hasn't left China. I have ordered many times and everytime they take longer, miss items and don't send the free or bonus items. Good luck getting your order or money back. Have never heard so many different excuses and I'm sure you deal with a different person each time and end up repeating everything as they don't bother looking over the conversation. A year ago they did well but they have just become rude and no customer service, slow and untrustworthy.
