I don't know how I lived without this massage chair! It is truly wonderful. When I wake up in the morning I am stiff and groggy. I get in my chair and have at least a 15 minute treatment to get me going. No coffee or tea until after my treatment. I call it a treatment because it is a treat to use it. It is much easier to start out on the golf course after my treat. I even think my game has improved. I have neuropathy in my feet and lower legs and this is helping that also. I have a longer treatment in the later afternoon and that helps me get through the evening. When I go to bed now my back doesn't ache as it used to. All in all I wouldn't trade my chair for a million dollars. PS. I wish it worked more on the neck and shoulders than on my derrière. My partner won't use it. He has had 3 surgeries around his tail bone and it is painful.

THE GOOD, THE BAD & THE UGLY: THE GOOD: 1. The COSTCO sales agent was great. 2. The massage was firm and mysteriously hitting all these sore places I didn't know a massage chair could hit. My chiropractor's (HumanTOUCH) in good, but this one was way way BETTER; like 200% better. 3. The PADS IN THE FEET area were very helpful, because the ROLLERS really really hurt you if you don't have the PAD in the feed area. 4. The AIRBAGS putting pressure to hold your shoulders while the DECOMPRESSION STRETCH grabs your legs and elongates your spine in ZERO GRAVITY is nothing I had ever found anywhere before; and after 10 years of chiropractors that just SNAP YA AND CRACK YA, and you always end up going back, DECOMPRESSION THERAPY is something I had been on the look out to find. Little did I know I could get it in my own home anytime I want! 5. I did the EXTEND mode and walked away feeling great; by the time I got to the front door, I realized that I DID NOT HAVE THE PAIN I WALKED IN WITH, so I walked back to BUY NOW. THE BAD 1. The store was closing in less than 1 hr, my girlfriend and I decided to do his demo and only I could get in, as the other 3 of 4 chairs were filled. The salesmen was packing up all the chairs to move to another store right after our demo ride. So there was an URGENCY PUSH TO BUY NOW, but it was either very well hidden in the sales presentation, or the guy REALLY WAS going to have to move all the chairs, and I had to buy now or "FOREVER MISS THE SALES PRICE". 2. As a salesman myself, trying to manage 4 sales SIMULTANEOUSLY is tremendously insane, but I'm sure for every 10 demo's you get 1 sale or some ratio like that, so you just do the demo's and answer questions until someone decides to buy; there was no pressure at all. Very nice guy. 3. Upon signing his paperwork, they sent me to the ADMIN DESK to CROSS-SELL ME A COSTCO CREDIT CARD, but the lack of communication caused a serious issue. The point of getting the COSTCO Ccard is so that you have an EXTENDED WARRANTY from 2yrs to 5yrs, (which the benefits it covered was not explained in the rush). But when I needed to buy a $4000 MASSAGE CHAIR, the ADMIN DESK only ran the application for $4000; well after being in business for years, wouldn't you KNOW that COSTCO CCARDS only allow you to use 10% of the line immediately, and that if I needed to use the Ccard to buy a $4000 chair right now, that they should have applied for a $40,000 line of credit, so that 10% or $4000 was available to get the purchase done. YA--- that sucked. So I had to put the purchase on a personal Ccard, then wait for 3 weeks for the card to arrive, activate that Ccard, go back to the store, return the chair, the rebuy it on the new COSTCO CARD, and didn't get any info about the EXTENEDED WARRANTY. THE UGLY 1. FOOT PADS MISSING: at Costco, the guy had FOOT PADDING for us that made the rollers feel good, but when the DELIVERED THE CHAIR it came without the FOOT PADS, and killed my feet, killed my girlfriends feet. 2. In fact it BRUISED HER FEET, and SPRAINED MY LEFT ANKLE. This thing is powerful and must be made to massage THE ROCK and ARNOLD SCHWARTZENEGGER types, but for a pretty solid 240 guy, this thing can still damage your skeleton! 3. I really love having a chair, and have ADJUSTED THE SETTINGS of the AIRBAG PRESSURE, but it still can really hurt you. 4. I don't know if I should return it or not, because it's a MIXED EMOTION. It's the best MASSAGE CHAIR I have ever found so far, but I don't want the compression airbags to CRUSH MY VEINS in my arms or hers, and I CAN'T KEEP GETTING SPRAINED ANKLES from this thing.

Our Genesis chair is exceptional. The manual leaves a lot to be desired

I purchased my chair at the American Academy of Orthopedic Surgery Annual Meeting in San Diego. After I convinced my husband that we NEEDED this chair, we went back to the vendor booth, to find that Orthopedic Surgeons were lined up to purchase these chairs! I have had chronic neck pain for over 30 years, from a broken neck when a horse threw me into a fence. I have spent untold thousands on regular massages for my entire adult life, because my only other option for relief would have been medication, and I did not want to start down that path. While these chairs are expensive, this will pay for itself in my house in a few months! I was spending $250 - $500 a month for massage. I wanted/needed massage every couple of days, but who can afford that?! My chair was delivered and set up on Tuesday of last week. Since delivery, I have spent 19 hours in this chair! I won't allow myself to continue that level of decadence, but I could, if I so chose! This chair has a crazy number of automatic settings, plus manual setting as well. It increases vascular and lymphatic circulation in the arms and legs, because air bags inflate from intensity of 1 to 6, on the model I purchased, and 6 is VERY firm. There are intensity and area adjustments for everyone's comfort level. The model we purchased is the Riage X3 Zero Gravity. I cannot say enough about how wonderful it feels, to come in at the end of the day, after working in my plant nursery and taking care of 5 horses, to shower and crawl into this chair! It is like nothing I could imagine short of real human hands. Highly, Highly recommend Infinity massage chairs.

I and my entire family like and enjoy it. It is really nice. My daughter loves it so much because it reduces her neck pain. My wife is so proud of her decision to buy this chair. The only weakness is that there is not much massage around the thigh areas. If it can be improved, then this chair will be better than excellent!! Anyway, we highly recommend!

We love our message chair! Both of us use it daily! It relaxes each of us at night so we can sleep better.
