Not the experience I wanted to have.
Well I would like to say that I am enjoying the chair but since I experienced another delay and set back I had to cancel this chair. Logistics on finding my chair at times was left up to me, having to call distribution centers in Orange County and ask to speak to people that no longer work for the distribution company because someone at Infinity asked me to find my 8k chair. I understand we have a pandemic but communication was poor. I was told many times I would get a call back in 15 minutes or by end of day that usually didn’t happen. As I started really asking myself if I was ok with this level of service or if I made the right decision I took more time to research and learn more about my future evolution chair. Very few videos ( Marketing material online) just one video on remote and one on assembly. Nothing to help me validate that this was a good purchase and that I could wait longer since the one that was supposedly mine was damaged. Their competitors have more online videos that were easily accessible. At that time I felt it was best to part ways with this decision. I know feedback about your service level execution is sometimes hard to digest but in many cases is needed to turn the corner on service. Maybe another chair company can deliver what I expect from a company that sells chairs in the 5-10k range. The sales person at Costco was amazing and it’s sad that because of the back end processes and communication his time was wasted. The chair felt great the couple times I tried it in the store, but so has some of the competitions chairs. Fix the back end and maybe this review would be a 4-5.
