“I bought one directly from these folks at their store in NH. I drove from NY. I think it was a 4 1/2 ride each way. They have chairs starting at $700. I got a great deal on an open box model, and saved thousands. Best investment I ever made. I use it at least twice a day, and as many as 4 times. It really loosens me up in the morning. If you actually visit their showroom, you can try every chair they sell. You’ll also get the best deals in person. If you can’t make it there, that’s ok too. I’m pretty sure they have a good return policy. These chairs aren’t some gimmick. These are the real deal. Mine has literally changed my life. Also their customer service is second to none. I believe if you ordered one of these you’d love it too, and there’s no way you’d return it. In fact you’d wonder how you ever lived without it. People spend this kind of money on a hot tub, and even more. They don’t get the kind of pain relief, and relaxation these chairs offer. Buy one these, and you won’t regret it. They have chairs for every budget.” These are definitely built using some of the highest quality materials in the industry! Don’t suffer another day! Treat yourself, and buy one today!

We received our infinity massage chair a couple of weeks ago from Costco. The delivery was excellent and the chair is amazing! We are in our mid 50's and this chair definitely relieves the knots in our backs and legs. We feel pretty much pain-free when using this chair on a daily basis. It also helps to take away the soreness after a good workout. We definitely recommend this chair.

We recently purchased an Infinity Imperial and it is an outstanding product! It truly is therapeutic, the doctors who designed the programs are obviously very knowledgeable. I had hip pain for a couple of years and after two sessions in the chair (hip and spine mode) the pain went away! I now look at this as a trip to the chiropractor rather than just for relaxation, although it as great for that also!

We bought ourinfinity massage a couple of weeks ago and Eric Clawson was our sales person. He was great. He answered all of our questions and gave us his cell phone number in case we needed anything. Well I started getting text messages from the company who was delivering our chair. There was a link I was supposed to use to schedule my delivery but the link wasn't working and there was no phone number to call to contact them. Today, the day after Thanksgiving we called called Eric and left a message about what was going on. He called back almost immediately. He got the number for us to call the delivery company to schedule our delivery. I can't say enough about his customer service. He called back on a holiday and straightened everything out for us. He asked me to let him know that everything was ok, which I did. It really wasn't his responsibility to help us with the delivery company, but he did. He didn't have to call us back on a holiday, from home. He could have waited until Monday, but he didn't He could have just given us the phone number and left it at That, but he went a step further and made sure we were all set for our delivery. I hope his manager, Rich Anderson, knows what a great asset he is to this company. Best customer service ever!! Just wanted everyone to know.

Love this chair! It was so hard to wait several weeks for it to be delivered, but once it was, the delivery and set up were simple and the chair is working perfectly. I use it every night when I get home from work to destress from the day!

The massage chair is incredible. It massages virtually every area on your body and leaves you very relaxed. It's a joy to get a massage and then head to bed for a sound night's sleep.

On Tuesday 6/30 I had to call coustomer service about a mistake that I made trying to put my chair together. I got intouch with Amber Diodati. I have been in the service business for 50 years. I was taken care of in a manner that was outstanding. Amber and the company did not just make a great coustomer but made a Raving Fan who will tell everybody I know about not only how good the chair is but more importantly what a great company. Because really how many chairs am I going to buy but other people need to know who they are dealing with in this day and age. Kudos to Infinity Massage Chairs and Amber. Infinity please know how lucky you are to have Amber represent you.

This company came through with a great product. I'm really enjoying my chair. The White Glove delivery needs some work but I understand they are working on that.
