Oustanding repair; patience with appointment.

Got the Ceridian chair at Texas Fair. Was so scared my husband would not love it. He absolutely thinks it the best gift in 30 years of marriage. The chair came at Thanksgiving. When they put it together, they didnt connect one side, but came back and fixed it. They have always responded to my calls and mailed parts to the house immediately but found they didnt need them. The first tech missed a plug. All is good. Got a phone call asking if everything was working properly etc. Love it.

My wife is head over heels in love with this chair. We have been looking for several years and feel this one is the one we have waited for.

Eric was very informed, he answered all my questions. He listened to me and made me feel comfortable with the chair. He also made the buying experience easy and was thorough with explaining how to set it up in my home. The chair is amazing, don't believe me, sit in one for yourself. But I am giving the company only two stars because they keep pushing me to review their product and experience. This chair is a high ticket item. The fact I purchased one should tell them all they need to know. I clicked on the Stars, but that isn't enough. I wish the 'please submit a review' gave me the option to just click on the stars.

The backrests performed an amazing job! I was able to install them in the lining of the massage chair we use and it has made an incredible difference! They were the only vendor that I was able to find that creates and markets a product like this. Even though our maaage chair was a different brand, everything fit like a glove.
