"When ordering the system you don't know if you need the extended mounting brackets until after you receive and install the product. If you find that you do need the extended brackets you then have to buy them for $30 plus $10 shipping. I asked about exchanging the standard brackets for the ones I needed and they said "sorry", no can do.
