SCAM DO NOT USE still waiting for an order from last year!!!

Dreadful customer service. Ordered early December '21 for a Christmas present. Still not received. Getting automatic responses like other customers. Have put Paypal onto it, determined to get a refund. Shocking customer service. I note also that even the responses to customers' reviews on this site are ALL THE SAME AUTOMATED RESPONSE!

I continue to receive what appear to be automated replies apologising for the delay. I have requested a refund.... again no action. I have requested a telephone number to contact but again......nothing. I do receive offers of goods at 50% discount but no idiot would go for that throwing good money after bad. The "Support" help is rubbish. Surely I have a right to a full refund. So what about it Infiniti?

I read lots of great reviews on this product before purchasing one. I purchased my photo stick on December 5, 2021. Hoping that would be enough time to receive it by Christmas. Understandably businesses right now have obstacles but as of today January 19th 2022, I still have not received my order. On January 4 I started to email them inquiring about my order. Even left my number and asked for someone from customer service to contact me because none of the email response answered my question and they continually just gave me the run around. On January 6th they gave me a tracking # which also till this today states that USPS is still awaiting package from them. I emailed about that and of course just got back automated responses. Finally just asked for a refund because no one can seem to help me out and explain where my order is. Was told they can not do that because it shows it’s been shipped out. Funny that USPS shows awaiting package still. CUSTOMER SERVICE ABSOLUTELY SUCKS!!! I’m a very understanding person but I don’t like being lied to. Maybe one day I’ll finally receive it but I will NEVER order ANYTHING from them again no matter how good it is. Companies need to remember that it’s your customers that are the most important and most people would just like an honest update as to what is going on.

I wish I had of researched this more! It took over 2 months to get the product andb it was the wrong order. The order finally did arrive but I can't even use it! It IS NOT AS EASY AS THEY SAY...

January 2022 I wish I had read this site before purchasing items from this company. Like everyone else they take your money but send no goods. When enquiring all you get are general customer emails fobbing you off. Lost count of the number I have so far but like everyone else it looks to be a scam and many people like myself have fallen for it. DO NOT PURCHASE ITEMS FROM THIS COMPANY. Ordered 14th December and have not received any concrete reply or items from them. Asking for a refund and that is no joy either. NOT A RELIABLE COMPANY and didnt know Chinese as would not have entertained buying from them at all.

I want to get a new phone and laptop so thought this product would be ideal to do all the transferring of files and photos. I sent my money early November and have received nothing despite my constant emails of concern other than a standard email to confirm Customer Service will look in to it. I am so annoyed and feel I've been scammed. I requested a refund in December as urgently need a gadget like this but cant afford another one until this is refunded. Very very disappointed. I ordered November 30, 2021 for a Christmas gift and have had the same issues as the others on this thread. Canned responses, no tracking number and I assume the company is going bankrupt from not being able to handle the flood of orders. Only one response on 12-15-21 was from an actual person. My most recent response was saying they will close my ticket if more info is not received when NO info was asked for. Do not buy if you actually expect to receive the product you paid for. *update 1/22/22: after I left this review and emailed again I finally receive messages from a person. I asked for a refund. They tried to offer me discounts off future orders and then off the order I still had not received. I advised if they could provide an actual tracking number I would consider the discount off the current order. If not, to please refund. Needless to say the tracking number still could not be provided BUT they did issue me a full refund and it was received in my account. I will never try to order from them in the future but I did at least receive my money back.
