Just a word of warning to anyone thinking of purchasing anything from a company called InfinitiKloud. I purchased a photostick from them some months ago, which turned out to be faulty. I wrote to them, asked for a replacement and offered to return the faulty product. After several emails, they offered to replace the product and did not require the return of the original one . Despite numerous emails requesting the replacement and them saying it is on its way, it has never been received. Two weeks ago, I emailed them to say that if I did not receive the replacement product, I would publicly denounce them. Absolutely no response. I am therefore denouncing them. Be very wary of using them. They advertise all the time on Facebook, but I would steer well clear.

I have tried to load IK at a cost of approx $200 , 2 USB infinitikloud SD , 3 64 high transfer speed memory cards 1 class 10 memory card34mg, 4 dongles. I emailed numerous times, the company who auto replied, and a to date have wasted many hours trying to load. My order number was 2218295880 which IK confirmed. My original order was via australia company.The 2 packages came from Complete Performance commerce, 221 Gooderham Road Wellawong , Queensland 4110. Pretty dissappointing result, Infinitikloud, not sure where to from here!!

I have spent literally hours try to transfer photos from my Samsung Ultra S22+ to my InfinitiKloud USB. Instructions included don’t relate to what appears on screen. Have disposed of InfinitiKloud, and will explore another brand. Very disappointed, and frustrated.

I ordered and paid £59 for this product as a Christmas present. it did not arrive. Several emails later I was given to understand it was a delivery problem and would be with me soon but in the meantime I was sent a 20% sweetener. 21st January 2022 I called them on 03308180840. Again they insisted it would be with me soon. Now 11th March, that same number says the office is closed. My emails to their helpline, initially gave a response but now are saying 'mail delivery failed' when I insisted on a refund. Don't waste your money.

I am an avid Reviewer because it helps me and it helps other consumers. What a terrible SCAM Company: InfinitiKloud (a/k/a Quality Performance Ltd. Corp.). Like others who wrote reviews of the Infinitikloud Photo Storage SD drive here is my short story so far: (1) Ordered item in November 2021 as xmas gifts. Did not receive until end of January 2022; (2) Tried the storage drive on a few computers and it DID NOT WORK. (3) Several email exchanges w/company to provide a return address; (4) Finally they provided a return address but it was a FAKE Address (turns out the address was to an Amazon return center). I am still trying to dispute this item through PayPal (at least they have a resolution center) and also trying to find the LOST package I attempted to "return". So now (4 months later) I have no item, no package, still no refund yada yada yada. Just DON'T do business with this company!!

Ordered January 22 and still not received and on reading the trusted pilot site reviews, I will lodge a dispute with PayPal for my money back. Why is this company still allowed to trade. Please do not respond to me by email via outsourced call centre as this just makes things worse.

Unlike many reviewers I have had a long dialog with Infinitkloud customer. Sadly this interaction has not been a happy experience. What started as a simple matter of word documents not copying quickly escalated into the product not working at all after they sent me through a new executable file. I have exchanged 20+ emails with them and I’m still left with a product that does not work and no refund will be given. The final emails were extremely patronising suggesting I didn’t have WIFI or I must have forgotten my email address or password. Do not waste your money on this product it is just nor worth the risk. Hopefully this review will not invoke a response from Infinitkloud as I have already received enough banal comments from them to last a life time

Really do think this is a con. Looks very impressive but doesn’t do what it says except £58 lighter & 7 hours wasted. Only tried to pack up pics off iPhone & had to leave it running all night- so slow to find out not done a thing & said need to buy more memory. Can’t be case as so much free memory on my phone. ??? Try to get help and just goes to BUY pages. Wish I had read reviews first Not worthy of a 1* I have since phoned help line to provide order number & IT SAID OUR OFFICE CURRENTLY CLOSED & LINE DISCONNECTED!!!!!
