This company deservers ZERO stars. I think they are out there to take your money and deny your claim and pay nothing. I have two cars with extended warranty with Infinite Auto Protection, paid over $5000 a year and a half ago.(May 2019) They denied my first claim and gave me a run around. They'd sent a collision inspector (William: 909-210-0336) to verify the problem with my Porsche after 10 days. He even said that why would they send him because he does't do this kind of inspections and he had no clue. Repair shop ran a ECU report and printed it with all the issues, how many times they occurred etc etc. Computers don't lie, it is all document with error codes. You can physically see one of the the spoiler cylinder is leaking and when you push to button to manually operate it, it won't come up. Not working. Gas gage shows empty, zero gas most of the time even though tank is full. I ran out of gas twice because of it. It is documented via car's ECU ( the brain) But yet their inspector did not see any issues. I lost my car for two weeks and this company just swindled me over $5000 of my hard earned money Do not fall into their trap like I did. Trying to cancel a policy and get a refund has been a nightmare. I initiated proceedings to cancel in May 2020. It is now Nov 27th and I am yet to see any refund. Multiple phone calls and yes we will get back to you or there is a big backlog due to COVID. Next step has to be a lawyer to try and get my money back.

Notice all the great reviews about selling you the policy because it’s cheaper. Notice the reviews when it comes time to file a claim and customer service all negative. It’s been over a month I have reported them to the BBB and still no answers or out come on my claim. If in fact they decide to cover it I will post an update to be fair.

This company is not to be trusted. I canceled my contract per the terms of the service agreement and have complied with all of their requests. After 4 months of hearing the same excuses I still do not have my prorated refund. I would not recommend this company to do business with. They are very hard to get in touch with, hours on the phone on hold. Each time I get through they give the same excuse, Still in Line for Final Calculation of your refund. We will expedite it for you. Still no final calculation and no refund.

DO NOT BUY THIS WARRANTY! I have had coverage for more than a year and a half and the first time I put a claim in thru the Dodge dealer, the denied both claims. These people know what they are doing. They just want your money, but they dont want to pay out anything. Read your contract before you buy. The first part looks great, then you get to the bottom and the exclusions basically negate all the covered items. The customer service is horrible. The entire place sounds like it is being run by a bunch of ignorant teenagers. Spend your money on a better company. **Update** This company is full of excuses. First of all the reason I drove my vehicle 1500 miles after the claim was filed is due to the fact that it took your company 1 month to get an inspector out to the shop. I called this company every week for status updates and told them that I had to drive the vehicle. Secondly, my truck is not a "Tow Vehicle". It is my personal truck that I occasionally tow a boat with. If I cant use the truck how it is designed to be used and how it came from the factory then what is the point of your horrible warranty. Third of all. I made no claim for any hoses so get your facts straight. Bottom line is that your company are a bunch of scammers just interested in signing up as many people as you can with no intention of paying claims. BUYER BEWARE!!!! READ THE REVIEWS AND RATING WITH THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU. You will see plenty of people with the same kind of experiences. This is not isolated to a few people.

It will be a miracle if the pay a claim. If they do there will be a lot of haggling and uncalled negotiations. I take my car to dealer for maintenance and they have refused all legitimate claims without providing any reasoning. My mistake we got suckeredin buying two warranties from them. Unless I get their written report for their denial reasons I am going to take all the legal actions available to me for as long as it takes. I have 4 years left on a warranty, hope I never have to use it again because I know they won't pay and fight each time.

Not impressed. Would not recommend this company for an extended warranty for any reason. I needed some repairs and they wanted to send their own parts and only pay a portion of what the shop was charging. I then sold my vehicle towards the end of February and was told my refund would be 3 to 4 weeks out. At the very end of May i finally received my refund amount and it was $300+ short. I asked them to review it and it has been almost 2 weeks now and no word yet. I was told all of it is because of COVID-19. I am being told they are following the order that the requests came in, but no one can tell me how far down the list I am or give me any idea as to when to expect my refund. I understand a couple weeks delay due to COVID, but not 3 or more months. It sounds like this is common. I have tried being patient but am not getting anywhere. Even after i sign the document for my refund, if ever, they say it will be another 12 - 14 business days to receive my refund even though it has already taken so long. Sounds to me like they are trying to hold on to other peoples money for as long as possible. Avoid buying an extended warranty from Infinite Auto Protection.

Just had my 2017Volvo XC90 in for a alternator repair , but it took one week until we got approved, My estimate from the Repair shop was 1300.00 and they only paid $613 Now I am stuck with almost 700 bill ,doesn’t make any scene I thought the point of having a Warrenty was to be covered for any breakdowns, disappointed ☹️
