Received only one of two ordered products, and zero response from customer service - other than the request to fill out this satisfaction survey.

I really liked the product reviews and placed an order - delivery timeframe was a week or so - I kept on checking the delivery expectations and it showed then it was on its way, and then suddenly I got a notice saying the order was cancelled and the money was refunded. I can’t understand how they can say that a product is available and then it is not.

This product is surprisingly really good and it’s a total upgrade from the first generation so the cost in price of this item doesn’t matter because it’s worth the money
