AVOID IF YOU VALUE YOUR TIME This mostly just wasted hours/days of our time that we didn't have to waste. You shouldn't advertise 1/2 day business loan and ask us to gather more information then a tax auditor would ask for. False advertising and not very ethical, we're no longer interested. Perhaps the company should take honest approach in the future.

Kevin, We are disappointed by this review because it leaves out important facts about what actually occurred. You contacted Indymae seeking business financing because, in your own words, your company was “bleeding in the short term” and needed financial relief. Our team spent time working on your request, reviewing your situation, and attempting to identify financing that could meet your needs. A fast business-loan program does not mean that every applicant is automatically approved and funded within half a day without underwriting. Advertised funding timelines apply to qualified applicants with complete documentation who satisfy the lender’s underwriting requirements. No reputable lender can responsibly provide substantial business financing without verifying the information necessary to make a credit decision. The additional documentation was requested because it was necessary to properly evaluate your application—not to waste your time. When a lender requires additional information, Indymae does not fabricate an approval, ignore underwriting requirements, or promise funding simply because an applicant needs money urgently. Calling that process “false advertising” and questioning our ethics because your transaction required additional underwriting is both unfair and inconsistent with what actually occurred. We understand that you were frustrated with the process and ultimately chose not to continue. We respect that decision. What we will not do, however, is compromise responsible lending practices or misrepresent a borrower's qualifications simply to meet an expected timeline. We stand behind the work our team performed on your behalf and the integrity with which it was handled.
