Update. 14 months later - no refund of my $800.00. They are a SCAM. I sent messages to them every couple of months asking for my promised refund. They changed the terms and conditions on refunds in Feb and a few months later cancelled my account. After offering a refund they refused to answer any of 6 service tickets asking about the refund.
Total scam! Likely very close to bankruptcy given the complaints on line about them. DO NOT TRUST

4 month and still no notes. A waste of time and money.
I hate writing this, but if it saves someone else shelling out what I wasted... This company has gone from being my first choice for coverage for nearly a decade to the last I'd ever use.
Submitted a script for coverage in late April. What I got back was useless: whole scenes skipped/not read, inaccuracies all over the synopsis, report padded with generalities - nothing usable. I submitted a complaint and heard nothing for 3 MONTHS because "regrettably your query was in the junk folder".
To be fair, they offered me a free set of notes to replace the first but so far - 5 days after the delivery deadline they set - it still hasn't arrived, nor have they answered my query asking when it might.
This service costs nearly 200 dollars and nearly four and half months after submitting my script, I still have no usable notes/coverage from them. I won't waste my time or money with them again. Coverage Ink and WeScreenplay and others offer excellent services and deliver on their advertised thoroughness and turnaround times.

A Reputation Built On Phoney Reviews
It is not surprising that they have a star-studded slew of reviews as it is totally rigged. Try putting a bad review and you experience a wall of attack from them, including a lifetime ban and attack emails sent about you to third parties, no matter how accurate your review was. As far as these primadonnas are concerned, they seem to view that they own any writer that contacts them, and have a right to edit and censor any bad reviews against them. I wrote an accurate review on another web site about their appalling and slovenly support staff and the general, almost cult-like, cloak-and-dagger way that they run their business and I have been persistent attack ever since.
The bottom line is: don't believe their glittering bank of reviews, they obtain these through aggressive and over-reaching tactics.
Response from Industrial ScriptsApr 15, 2021
UK-Canadian Screenwriter ROBERT LESLIE THOMPSETT (or ROBERT L THOMPSETT) of Gatineau, Canada is a non-customer of Industrial Scripts and the author of over forty 1-star reviews on the Yelp reviews platform, among others.
Mr Thompsett has received lifetime bans from both Industrial Scripts and the Reelheart Film Festival, and is under active scrutiny by several other major screenwriting companies. We have been informed that he submitted a similarly libellous, 1-star "review" of leading screenwriting company Script Pipeline, late last year. It is not unproven that he is a "front" for a silent competitor of both Industrial Scripts and Script Pipeline. Mr Thompsett has not confirmed or denied this in writing.
He is the author of the screenplay "LIFE AND TIMES OF A RETIRED SUICIDE BOMBER".
His legal status is that of a NON-CUSTOMER of Industrial Scripts, and no monies for ANY services or products have ever been exchanged between the parties. In Mr. Thompsett's own words, he writes "politically unacceptable" screenplays, that are according to him purportedly contrary in spirit to the BLM (Black Lives Matter) Movement.
Our support team had some brief interaction with him, where they politely explained that due to the fixed nature of our process we would not be the best home for his project. Our support also helpfully suggested a "lone wolf" script consultant in Los Angeles who would be able to work with him personally and over the phone, in an attempt to achieve his goal of somehow softening some of the offensive politics in his screenplay.
We also left our own services open to booking, but stressed all we could offer was analysis of the project as it stood - we could not counsel Mr Thompsett on how to soften his offensive politics or, in his words: "evade being disqualified by those who have it in for it (his script) politically".
He declined this offer, and has subsequently submitted multiple, indisputably libellous 1-star reviews of Industrial Scripts of the most serious, reputation-damaging nature on various reviews platforms.
Our legal counsel are preparing the case against him, and although Trustpilot have been issued with all hard evidence in said case it is an unfortunate indictment of their platform that content ANY court judge would find libellous in mere minutes, can somehow be allowed to be both published by them and, further, remain published on their platform.
Fortunately, the law is less forgiving...
As many business owners have experienced: the hard truth is almost irrelevant to Trustpilot - it is an inconvenience, at best - and the only solace we can take is from the fact that every day this review remains live, our monetary claim against ROBERT LESLIE THOMPSETT inevitably increases, in constant sync with the reputational damage he is causing - our bookings have already reduced as a result.
