Scam artists-avoid
This company is a bunch of scammers. The only reason I gave them two stars instead of 1 was because ultimately I did get an acceptable logo designed. The process of getting the logo designed was tedious since the first designer I had went AWOL so they had to assign someone else. Both designers had english as a second language so there were grammar errors and communication was not very smooth. The real scam though is that after they design the logo they will continue to harass you with emails and calls about using them to trademark the logo they design for you. They employ scare tactics like, "we were contacted by the US patent office that someone else is trying to register your logo and will steal your company. " I would hope that most folks know this isn't how the USPTO operates. I've reported them to the BBB and state DOJ, and left reviews just about everywhere I can in the hopes that others won't have to deal with the harassment that I have from Indigo Logo Design.
