Highly competitive pricing & huge selection
Website easy to navigate, very competitive pricing, most items in stock and available. Shipping is fairly quick and packaged well. Scents are good, but not always great. The dupes I've purchased are close but not always close enough. The non-dupe fragrances are pretty good and there is a huge selection including a large selection of really unique scents. Each scent is available in multiple (six) sizes ranging from sample and 1 oz. to 16 oz. which is well appreciated. Vanillin and ethyl vanillin content are listed for each fragrance along with fragrance notes, description, and flashpoint. Not all scents are skin safe or pthalate-free, but this information is also listed on each fragrance page. Soaping notes and reviews are not available for some/many of the fragrance oil options, though I understand you can't force people to leave reviews. IFRA link is sometimes on the scent page, but frequently found in the document section along with soaping notes, which can be frustrating, especially if you're looking at a lot of scents, as well as difficult to find, especially for new shoppers. I had some difficulty getting IFRA documents for several of the scents I purchased, however an unexpected and very tragic event happened during that time and I certainly do not hold them at fault as it was unavoidable. I did get the IFRA documents as they were able to obtain/upload them. Please move the soap notes and IFRA link to the information page for each fragrance!

Hi Amanda- thank you for your feedback. We do appreciate your honest opinion. We are happy to hear that we are doing some things well and, as always, we will continue to improve in other areas. It's feedback like this that helps us know where we need to focus our efforts. I did want to mention that we do indeed have CP testing notes. At the bottom of any page, under the information section you will find a link to it. :)
