disappointed that Gaytri mantra was…
disappointed that Gaytri mantra was written on a cheap plastic, Malpuas were dry and Gajak taste was good but it was all crumbled. I will not order anything next time

Gajak is a very delicate and soft sweet, which is why we’ve clearly mentioned in the description that it can crumble during transit. Despite our best efforts to package it carefully, its fragile texture makes it prone to breakage. Regarding the Malpua, the quality and packaging depend on the specific merchant you’ve chosen. Each merchant may have different preparation and packing methods, which can affect the taste and texture of the item upon delivery. if you dont know the merchants please dont order

disappointed with packaging , recieved broken stuff
I had a great experience the first time but then every time it keeps falling.the second time I ordered ker pickle I was sent sangri pickle. Third time I ordered ghewar but it was broken into several pieces. paying $25 for crumbs was a big disappointment. They need to lower their prices and also focus on shipping their stuff.

Our primary objective is to deliver a wide range of authentic Indian specialties to your doorstep within 4-5 days, ensuring the freshness of the items. In most cases, we do not generate substantial profits on individual orders. Our aspiration is that by consistently providing exceptional service to our customers, they will be inclined to place larger orders, enabling us to benefit from economies of scale.
