When I originally placed my first order, I wanted to see your product. At the time I placed it, I was NOT informed it was on back order - for almost 2 months!!!! That message came later by email, about 10 days later! I do like the product very much but was very disappointed that I have to wait so long for the last of the 4 blankets. Sincerely, Sue Komins

Received my order very promptly. However, did not come with the chain as stated in the order. Had to contact company, about chain. They did send it out asap. Other than that..love the necklace.

Please read the complete description and know that the watch part of the watch is complimentary and is not guaranteed to work. As it turns out I purchased a simple watch batter and it functions fine. I don't feel I should have had to do this.

It would have helped if someone was knowledgeable about international shipping - we had to leave before the gift was delivered - it wasn't delivered to San Sabastian, but the receiver received notice that there would be import/sales tax and the item was in Madrid. I was in a position of providing the sales information to the receiver - and having them go through a hassle to receive the gift. I still don't know the details - but the service from the seller was positive and the gift-receiver loved the blanket.

Indiantraders was good but they recommended ups to ship to canada. Big mistake! Ups fees on top of the shipping was $93. Total cost of a blanket which was worth $220 cost me $361. Beautiful blanket but ridiculous transportation cost to British Columbia!

Awesome quality. Trying to settle exchange for item"OUT OF STOCK and WRONG SIZE is difficult. Still waiting for response.I have purchased 9 items and want to purchase 2 more but I am leary. These are Christmas gifts.

After the purchase I cam across a coupon that would have saved me quite a bit. Regrettably you didn't inform me.
