Excellent customer satisfaction. Our order was shipped promptly.

I made an order on the Saturday before Christmas. I received a phone message from the business owner saying the item I wanted was not available and he apologized if that was inconvenient...then I received another message on the subsequent Monday that he (the owner) had found the item and was sending it second day air to be on time for Christmas....all of this without actually speaking to me directly. The package arrived as stated and made my Christmas excellent. I called Indian Traders on Christmas Eve morning to leave a message thanking them...the owner answered and declined my offer to pay for the extra shipping charges he had incurred saying that my call was thanks enough. This fella knows how to treat customers!!!!!

All my questions answered promptly. Very courteous. Prompt shipping. Would highly recommend them to others. Fair prices!

I have travelled many times to New Mexico and have purchased a great deal of jewelry, pottery and other art pieces. The Zuni bracelet I just received is of great beauty and spirit. Thank you. Mant Blessings

He absolutely loves it and has not taken it off!

Unfortunately, the quality of the Pendleton blanket was far inferior to the older Pendleton wool blankets I have. This is really sad...

Very helpful phone service!

I enjoy the Pendleton blanket I purchased from Indian Traders. The discount price helped make my decision to purchase this blanket, and the service following my purchase was exceptional. There was no delay in shipping this Pendleton blanket, and with free shipping, the packaging of my purchase was handled with care. I "highly" recommend Indian Traders as a possible store for any purchase you are looking to make from their inventory or comparing it with theirs with another store. You will need be disappointed in working with and purchasing from Indian Traders.
