Having received an order I felt that the product was not correct for me and contacted their customer support email. Their response was swift and after providing a few details they agreed to send a more suitable product to be free of charge. About 22 days later the replacement package arrived and they did not request any return of the first purchase. I cannot fault IndianPharma for their extremely professional and user friendly customer service. I have no problem in recommending this Company and hope to deal with them again myself in the future.
