I paid for a service that was not performed. No feedback

My task is running from 17/08/2023 - 08:58 am till today but no progress. I sent a question a week ago, and have not receive reply. And I cannot return my money from the account.

scam please dont buy here i dont get the credits

Submitted links almost 2 weeks ago and nothing is happening. No response to messages and it seems to have been abandoned so avoid spending money for nothing. I'll be opening a dispute in Paypal to get the money back so save yourself the hassle and find a working platform. Could be a deliberate scam. No response from the seller via Paypal after opening a dispute so everything points to a scam. BEWARE of this scam. Even the hosting account was suspended temporarily which proves this is not a serious entity and you should avoid it.

I have the same issue. I want to use its indexing service but find it could not be used. There is no way for me to request refund

They are great i had a few issues at the start but they do what they say they will do great service!
