IndexbustersReviews of indexbusters.com

Working with Balsa and everyone on the Index Busters LLC was an absolute joy. Balsa was proactive in responding to my initial inquiry about the indexing of my book manuscript, transparent in the cost and timing details of the process, and supportively communicative each step of the way. Index Busters presented me a fantastic index that captured the essence of my forthcoming book's coverage and priorities, balanced depth and breadth well, and reflected the parameters outlined by the academic press through which I am publishing. I cannot recommend Index Busters enough! Their price slotted well below other indexing companies, their communication was thorough, and their work is excellent. Thank you!

Index Busters worked on a complex textbook for me and produced an index that was far better than anything I could have accomplished on my own. The process was professional and done in a timely way at a reasonable cost. I would absolutely use them again.

I contacted Indexbusters when my indexer backed out at the last minute. They were incredibly gracious, professional, and accommodating of my timeline. The indexing was impeccable. I cannot speak highly enough of this company, and I hope to work with them again in the future.

Quick response to my inquiry. Very good price. The new Index was completed well within the agreed upon time frame. End result was excellent. All communications focused and cordial. What more could you ask for? Highly recommended.

Great customer service. Understood and delivered what I wanted. On time delivery at the budget promised. Accurate results. Thanks for a great job, Balsa and Index Busters!

I really appreciate Indexbusters responsiveness, professionalism, pricing, and quality. With thanks to Balsa for making this part of the publishing process easy and efficient, and for finishing the Index professionally and by the date it was promised. Reliability is much appreciated, and we will use you again.

Index Busters did a great job with my book index. They were responsive, quick, and reasonably priced. I noticed I made a substantial error in my book that required some index changes. Once I provided them with my updated proof, they were able to address things thoroughly, even within the original deadline. Thanks!

We had a big project on a tight timeline. Then we had to plop in several mid-process changes. IndexBusters handled it all with grace and professionalism -- and the editors are more than pleased with their work.
