I really liked my jacket, but unfortunately it started to fall apart less than a year after I bought it. I reached out to them and was told that this is normal, and therefore the warranty does not apply. Totally unacceptable for a $400 jacket!

It took 6 months to get an unwearable jacket. Made in Mexico, not the USA. I followed the sizing directions carefully and indicated that I would like a looser fit. What a got was a jacket shaped like a bell. Things are correct up to the shoulders and sleeves where they are at least 2 sizes too small. As an added bonus the colors bear no resemblance to those on the web site. The “custom” measurements are just a scam to prevent a return as they clearly don’t lead to correct results. Save your money and purchase somewhere else. Caveat Emptor

Hi Paul, we send you a list of final measurements that we followed to a T. It's up to the customer to see if that will fit them or not, please next time just check if the measurements are good for your body or not.

Ordered in November it is now March and they cannot give a delivery date because they wait until they have a large enough order to maximize their discount, who needs a jacket in summer, also don't forget you only have 24 hours to change your mind. Don't be fooled by their online site once they get your money you are on your own..

Hi Marcum, apologies for the delay. We do our best but we're a small shop that is at the whim of shipping delays, production delays, staff illness etc. We ship in bulk because otherwise we'd have to raise prices by $50 each jacket! I imagine the average customer would rather wait an extra month than pay $50 extra, but who knows, maybe we can offer an expedited service? Certainly something we will consider, thank you.

I was really excited to buy a jacket from a family-owned company that manufactures here in the US. But the system they use for sizing is just ridiculous. They don't ask you to measure yourSELF, they ask you to measure the OUTSIDE dimensions of a coat that fits you well. I used a windbreaker, and boy was that a mistake -- when the coat arrived it looked great and smelled great and I loved the material, but it was COMICALLY small -- and I see that I'm far from the only one with this experience. (Also -- who else does sizing this way? I've never seen anything so stupid in as long as I've been dressing myself, and I'm 57.) Now I've wasted $325 for a coat I'll never be able to wear.

Hi Edward, we're sorry that you were confused about our measurement process. The very first section states what type of jacket to use to cross reference your measurements. If you measured a wind breaker, it will obviously fit strangely. You did not tell us you had done this or we would have worked with you and told you to find a better suited garment for measurements. We are quite up front with our measurement process, if you did not want to get a custom jacket, you were welcome to not purchase! We ask all our customers to measure, this was no different.

This company's horrible to send me a coat that a ten-year-old wouldn't fit in and I am 170 lbs HT 5 foot 10 I sent them measurements after I paid up front and then they started getting emails back and forth that my measurements were all wrong and I kept redoing it and redoing it and redoing it it was a crazy process it wasn't good try to return and tell them if they made a mistake but they didn't want to hear it and they clearly did I sent them the right measurement I measured or fur coat I already have that fits me well this code they sent me would fit in the pocket of the coat I measured all of Just going to just give it to young child that I know but I was totally ripped off by this company $400 for a coat that wouldn't even get up my arm don't use them

Hey, really sorry you had a bad experience with us. As you mentioned, we tried to help you correct your measurements but you clearly were having a lot of issues. We tried to encourage you to use a tailor instead as we were concerned about your measurements looking wrong, but you insisted they were right. All we can do is trust that you've done everything properly if you say so. We don't have a magic ability to see if it's going to fit, we make the jacket according to your measurements. We offered to help you out with alterations but you refused, there's not much else we can do.

Took the risk and paid $365 for a jacket without trying it on. Took my measurements meticulously as directed. Received a jacket that is WAY too tight to wear. The company blew me off and won't do anything about it. The jacket was nice enough, but it's going in the trash.

We sent you an email a few days before this review, and asked you to simply show us a photo of the incorrect measurements, so we could take it back and fix it for you. We never received a response.
